Using this site

By using vnctwllm.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit information through it. You may use the site for personal, lawful purposes and to learn about VNCT WLLM, contact the atelier, or request access to a release.

You must not interfere with the site's operation, attempt to bypass its security controls, submit false or harmful material, scrape it in a way that disrupts service, or use its content to impersonate VNCT WLLM.

Waitlist and invitations

Joining the waitlist records your interest only. It does not reserve a garment, guarantee an invitation, promise availability, establish priority, or create a contract for sale. Invitations may be limited, delayed, withdrawn, or issued selectively as releases become available.

You are responsible for providing an email address you control. You may leave the waitlist at any time by writing to [email protected].

Products and future orders

Product descriptions, prices, materials, measurements, colours, release dates, and availability may change before an order is accepted. Screen settings and photography can affect how colours appear. Editorial pages and collection previews are not binding offers.

If VNCT WLLM later accepts orders through this site or by invitation, the price, delivery terms, return rights, and any additional sale terms shown before confirmation will govern that purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Our work

The VNCT WLLM name, marks, artwork, photographs, films, garment designs, writing, layout, and site code are owned by VNCT WLLM or used with permission. All rights are reserved.

You may view the site and share links to public pages. You may not reproduce, sell, publish, modify, train a commercial model on, or create commercial derivatives from the site's content without prior written permission, except where the law expressly allows it.

Third-party services

The site links to external services such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Discord, Medium, and source material. Those services are independent of VNCT WLLM. Their availability, content, security, and privacy practices are governed by their own terms.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but it may contain errors or be interrupted for maintenance, security, hosting, network, or other reasons.
